Can anyone point me toward rules or regulations that get more specific on plant counts than the language in A20 and A64?
A conservative read would be 3 vegging and 3 flowering plants per person, limit 12 total per household from what I can get out of the constitutional amendments and Denver regs. However, the amendments don't say 3 vegging, 3 flowering, they reference "mature" plants but do not define "mature".
So a more aggressive interpretation could be that your plants aren't mature until they are ready for harvest.
I'd like to go with 7 plants this season for my wife and I but don't know if I should pick up a red card for the 7th. We've had red cards previously but don't shop at pharmacies so really no need other than legal protection.
