Commercial Growing

Hey there, im thinking about renting a space large enough to grow on a commercial level. The only issue is that i don't live in a state where doing this would be legal. finding a space near by wouldn't be an issue being that i live fairly close to a very industrial area. My question to you is : what would be a good cover to name the warehouse/garage/loft ? meaning what type of business consumes a substantial amount of power, but has very little traffic.
