I have a 68 and 42 watt soft white for flowering.. Been vegging for amuch a month with 3 27 watt cool whites..Im ready to start flowering.. Since I have 3 light sockets, will it help to put one cool with the other 2 soft whites? I'm in a 1 gallon bucket ..Plant is about 1 foot..should i get another bucket? it would be my third transplant too. Roughly how much a month will my electric be? Any advice greatly appreciated

Sorry for the late reply, just saw your post. I did my flowering with 3x of the soft (two on top and one large light on the side) and I kept one of my smaller 6.5k bulbs on the top as well to let it keep getting full spectrum (as opposed to vegging when I had 3x bulbs between 5.5k and 6.5k and one soft white). However I can't say for sure without seeing what you have, also, there are better people to ask, this is just an experiment I am running more than anything, to see what I can manage in extremely confined spaces (first yield was moderately potent despite being harvested a couple weeks early). Also, I am sure there are better, more experienced people to ask about all of your questions, I'm probably not the best source.
I'm not sure what to tell you about the transplant, I am forced to stunt my plants growth a bit when I use this setup because of the space restrictions (beyond what LST can help me with), which really hurts the yield (but not really the potency), and the main way I accomplish this is a smaller container (not to the points that the roots are cutting themselves off, but enough that I actually need to monitor the soil and fertilize almost every watering) I also typically use fast growing and very short strains as well.
As far as your electricity bill goes, I don't expect it to be very high if your only using CFL's. When I am on 24x7 lighting like I am now, it's perhaps a couple bucks a month at most for me.

Looks like I have a slight over-watering problem going on today, will need to address that over the next few days. Other than that it's looking allright. If I am even remotely good at guessing (its still really early) I'd say the final size should be around a foot to a foot and a half or so for this plant (perhaps slightly larger, but I doubt it given the container size). I'm treating this plant more like a bonsai tree in terms of size control.

Woke up to the plant being unhappy, last I checked on it about 20 hours ago it was happy and now, overnight, it seems to be yelling at me.
PH is a bit too low, it is around a 6.2 or so (when it should be around 6.5+) which could be one of the problems. I will be addressing the ph problem in the next day or two when I next water it. Today I gave it a low dose of nitrogen as well as some flowering nutrients (since its auto-flowering and now almost 5 weeks (of 8 for this strain, its very quick) It's about time to cut back on the nitrogen, however It needed it as in addition to the PH since its mostly affecting older, lower fan leaves I suspect it is Nitrogen more than anything, if the small dose helps it I'll give it another larger one. Also, treating with Magnesium, Manganese, and a small amount of Nitrogen
I think with such a small amount of soil compared to the size of the plant I will need to feed it ferts every watering more or less up to the week or two before harvest. It's about a foot tall, and growing probably a quarter to half inch a day, and it's in roughly a liter of dirt (just over a quarter gallon), in other words, really pushing the bounds on size/dirt ratio.
Another day or two of continued growth the way it has been and I will need to tie it down due to lack of space.
(Note: THe lighting makes it looks a bit worse than it is, the problem is only effecting the bottom two sections of the plant, the top half is still happy)
