Basement with cement floors and a pre-existing cement wall.



For those of you who have built rooms in the past...
*How much did it cost in terms of lumber, hardware, sheet rock?

*How long did it take to build?

y not just paint walls white? no need to drywall and u can anchor into the wall with tap cons and make support brackets....could be done on the cheap for under 50$

the basement is big and i need to enclose the area because the oil burner is down there... incase it needs to be looked at. so i need to put up those 13.5'x10.5' walls.

I built a 12 by 12 room...for around $400-500.....

It was 15 years ago....and my memory is fuzzy...

I would call your local home depot or lumber yard to find the current prices.
Have you drawn up the plans yet?

i just put up the frame for the room.. the lumber costed around 150 and hardware n such was an additional 50

This is in another thread.

This is the plan for my space...

SOG grow...

-4 tables; each has a diff stage of growth.

-6 mothers against the left wall with a 600W MH.

-Shelving or tower for clones (adjacent to the
mothers)

-Each table will have a 1000W HPS or MH depending on which table.(orange boxes)

-In the corners of the table are wall fans (white ovals)

-Ventilation and odor parts (RED) red box to the right wall is the carbon filter.

-Black box to the bottom left is where my CO2 will be.

Any suggestions let me know.

the room is framed out i just need to put it all together.

Sounds like Al B F thread, if not take a look at his threads.

I found his thread awhile back and I'm trying something sim.

I have a hight issue, I only have 5' to work with. 6x2x5 . I run 6-8 plants per two wks. 24-32 plants into flower.

I'm using a 600w dig with a light mover.

I would love to have a 10x10x8 area to work in.
