Converting 02 to C02

Is there a way to filter oxygen through a carbon sheet and convert it to C02? Sort of like a reverse carbon scrubber. Preferably without the use of something that costs millions of dollars. Google ins't very helpful.

Well… you're not wrong lol

I meant is there something I can setup that will do this without my body. I know lots of the really serious growers have been pumping in CO2 but i'm wondering if there is something that works passively

(this post inspired by technology read about in The Martian)
