do I use 1 leg of the 240 to the 240 wire, and leave the other on common, then the neutral becomes ground?
so basicly move the black wire from the 120v wire to the 240 volt wire and plug into a 3 wire 240v plug?
its an HPS ballast with an ignitor and capacitor, more worried about the common than anything, I know enough about 240v wiring but the terminolgy is confusing me
