Im using an can fan (170cfm) to cool and
does it matter if im growing in a tent(3x3x8) and just venting outside the tent?
The tent is in a spare-bedroom of my house, that has 2 ac vents, and 2 windows. I close the window during the day and open them at night to circulate fresh air.
another question: does it lower the temps in the tent by at least 12deg.?

How hot is your tent getting? How hot is it outside the tent? Can't really guarantee 12 deg it depends a lot on how hot the outside of you tent is too.
