cooling sealed room on the cheap

summer eventually should be here. Will be my first time growing in summer. I'm holding a nice 86 in flower somedays 88, which is perfect as I'm a tanked co2 guy.

Is it so I can use a window shaker without expelling my co2? My other thought was 2 walls of room are cement basement walls, the other two are just partition walls w metallic covered foam. one wall separates flower from veg. the other wall separates it from my "gardening work room" which is its own locked room. What I was wondering is what if on wall to my work area, I changed the foam out for some plain old sheet metal and cooled my work room area? I have an old portable single hose A/C unit which I know I can't put in sealed room without vacuuming the CO2 out. But if it blew on sheet metal seems like transfer of the cold would be pretty decent and then have the circulation fans blow against it in room.

My room isn't large- flower is 6x6 and work shop area is about 6x13...

Or would a window shaker into flower do trick with the outside air option closed.... just would make my work area hotter than hell.... Fancy $1000+ split system is not an option for such a small personal mmj set up...

Both method though vent air out of the room i believe which sucks out the co2 also. Only way i have figured to cool down my room was to put a shutter fan in the room so when it goes over 95 the shutter fan will vent the room make it cool then turn off shutter falls seals room again and rinse and repeat. I have a RDWC just got a chiller hoping to reduce my water down to 65ish and see if that cools room down also. With increased heat in room you need to make sure those roots stay cool. With Co2, temps in room should be in the 85-95 range.
