cooltube + ballast help!!!

I just got my cool tube as well as lumatek ballast in the mail today, and the two do not connect? the cooltube has a 3 prong "thinger" and the other one has a two prong as well as a flat one all the way to the right, i can't get a pic atm but if anyone knows i really need assistence. thanks

They make connectors for those not sure what kind you need.....I had to get one for my hydrofarm hood to quantum ballast.

make sure you take them the parts in question so you dont go in there saying things like "thinger" lmao

i brought in the hydrofarm magazine and circled it, but for whatever reason they are closed mondays and tuesdays... fml lol. lucky me, get to look at my $180 dollar ballast for another day.. ha
