(a) No more than ten qualifying patients may participate in a single collective garden at any time;

this is page 14 of the new legsilation

This means that multiple patients and/or caregivers can collectively pool their plant count to reach a total of 45 at one grow location without going over the 1 patient per caregiver law. This does not allow individual patients or caregivers to grow 45 plants.

Actually this allows one garden to have 45 plants, it does not state that more then one person is required to tend the garden,

You are a gangsta wannabe with a deviant, criminal mind, trying to find loopholes in the law where none exist so that you can extort maximum profit. Basically, you are the reason why real patients in WA are being persecuted by law enforcement. I hope you get what is coming to you very soon. You don't love mary, you love money. Go to hell.

then explain how a dispensary can be legally run in washington? I think you'll find that it is based on grey little loopholes regarding caregivers.

oh and since you wanna bring up money, guess what, Im a personal grower ONLY, yeah unlike you profit is not a motivator for those of us who are actually medical patients.

but the city of seattle is licensing them as businesses?

hmm sounds like seven hour doesnt understand how legal interpretation is used in our society. and since dispensaries are not specifically outlawed, and no more than one person is caregivin for at once, they are legal in the eyes of the law, which is why there are so Fing many of them all over this state. and they have business licenses

Dispensaries are not, and never have been, considered legal in WA. Local law enforcement might let them exist without prosecuting them to gain tax revenue, but they are NOT legal. 5073 further complicated things by enforcing a 15 day waiting period between patients. So now, they are even more illegal. A fair number of dispensaries have been raided in this state already and that number will continue to increase over time. Any individual city can extinguish dispensaries any time they want and dispensary owners will have no legal recourse.

How long have you been a patient in WA? This info I am giving you should all be common sense, 101 material! You are totally clueless!

Boy, you is stupid, stupid, stupid!

well since the mmj laws changed last friday, i think your the one thats clueless, you see when something is not explicitly illegal, it is not explicitly illegal, grey areas of the law allow absynthe to be sold in the US now, and many other products, hat are "grey" area, guess what smoke shops are a grey area too. show me exactly where it explicitly states what time frame a caregiver must wait in between patients, remember caregiver is defined as someone who transports, grows, or provides medication.

Dude, you're such a knob that if I knew who you were I'd rat you out just to see the expression on your face in court when you realized you were about to get butt fucked for multiple years because you arrogantly paraded around telling everyone what you did because you thought it was a legal business.

Co-ops are only legal within the Seattle city limits....it states no more than 15 plants per person... 45 plant total....So you need atleast 3 poeple with MMJ cards for a 45 plant Co-op

Currently, 51 dispensaries have Seattle business licenses, with at least a dozen more that are underground, according to city staff...that 51 legal busineses paying taxes

Yes you have to have paperwork for 3 or more people to have 15 plants in the garden, it does also state that a caregiver is not necessarily someone who grows weed, therefore you can have one person legally growing 45 plants, as long as part of the distribution is handled by a seperate caregiver,

if you take your eyes to the bottom of page 14 in the NEW law you will see that in fact coops are LEGAL all over the state, SEATTLE,WA is just the first city to openly and unanimously decide to fully license them and regulate them,

im not being a tough guy. Just stating a fact. Its like that old saying "once a cheater, always a cheater." If you say youd rat someone out (kidding or not) chances are, you would (if u havent already!).

It would be fun to watch a white kid go from gangsta to scared lil bitch in .00056 seconds. It would also be a great educational tool for him to learn the real laws. The only way a moron can learn is to touch the fire. I would just be supplying the matches.
