Could I get a second opinion please?

I need help, got pix. I took a look at the nutrient deficiency guide and i think it's got nitrogen def or pH imbalance or both, but i noticed the bottom leaves are yellow and falling off the middle leaves have some white and some have yellowish spots developing on them. some look like holes are rotting through them. Also the leaves arent really perky. The plant was found outside somewhere. I changed the soil and re-potted it. Any help would be appreciated.

if that is a pot plant it has some weird genetics. the pink stem and growth pattern make me believe it is not a pot plant. but i have seen single and three leaf genetics in the past. i dont want to tell you for sure that it isnt a pot plant, but i dont think it is.

yes it does look like the start of a nitrogen def.
