Could this be wind burn or something else?

Hey guys, so I just saw that one of my plants looks pretty burned and I don’t know what it could be. This plant has not been given any nutrients, so she didn’t get that way from nute burn, but could it actually be a nutrient deficiency? This plant is outdoor and my first guess was wind burn because another plant I have started getting damaged from the wind a little while ago and was drooping and curling her leaves downward from it, but she recovered from that. This one is a clone that I bought at the dispensary and she wasn’t introduced to direct sunlight right away, she was kept in a shady spot and gradually introduced to it. Do you think its wind burn and can this plant be saved? This plant is also in Recipe 420 potting soil.

I have fans blowing directly on some of my larger plants near the bottom and the leaves look exactly like that as well. If you can see the leaves twitching slightly from your fans, that should be enough air flow for them. You want to move the air molecule that comes from under the leaf and disperse it so another 02 molecule can come out, so you don't need some crazy amount if air flow unless you've got a more dense amount of plant material.

But this plant is being grown outdoors though, what should I do about this when growing outdoors, put her somewhere that is completely shielded from the wind?

Oh you're outdoor, whoops. Maybe some outdoor growers can chime in, maybe it's not wind damage after all.
