Couple of questions.;

I will be growing autoflower Critical Purple. Is a 2 gal. pot enough or will I need bigger? Also, I will be using Coco and Vermiculite and Cow Compost with worm castings. Do I need to add nutrients to the water also, or do I have enough in the soil for a happy plant?

I suggest you add perlite instead of vermiculite.
Perlite is for aeration and vermiculite holds moisture.......which you don't need in coco.
Why are you mixing coco and compost?
Coco works best when mixed with perlite and fed daily to run off.
A 2 gallon pot is enough if you feed multiple times a day when in flower.

I use a 70/30 coco/perlite mix.......you can grow a tree in a 2 gallon pot when using coco.
I feed daily starting about day 3 from sprout with weak nutes and increase nute strength as the plant grows.
I use GH MaxiBloom from start to finish........it works great and it's inexpensive.
GH Flora Series and GH FloraNova Bloom work well in coco as well.
Other coco growers use Canna nutes, Megacrop, and Jack's with good results.
Don't fall for buying all the additives and supplements..........they're not needed and a waste of money.

I highly suggest you do some research on how to properly grow in coco.............www.cocoforcannabis.com is the best place to learn.
Good luck.
