Court Drug Testing?

Hi i got busted for possession of marijuana in the state of virginia, and I have been to court twice now and have another court date the 31st (mainly for the co-defendant fighting the charges i already pleaded no contest/guilty) i met with my soon to be probation officer the about 2 weeks ago and talked about weed and she drug tested me and i passed. i was wondering, when i go to court the 31st should i be expecting a drug test, they never tested me the two previous times and i already passed one for social history report. so should i sober up and get clean?

I wouldn't risk it. How long is your probation and how long will you sentence be if you violate probation. Never admit guilt again. Get a lawyer and fight it next time.

6 month probation but its really not even forsure yet left a good impression on the probation officer she directly said to me and my mom (im 18 ) that she doesnt think we need the probation, anyways ill just quit then, fuck.

sometimes a break is good especially if it is getting you in trouble with the law. dont worry there will still be weed when your probation or whatever you have to do is over.
