So sign a notarized declaration that all equipment you own is for growing weed and only growing weed. Cannareview would have a better idea then me but i don't think any of the lights and associated hard where say for marijuana production only anywhere on them. Lol I'd include a pic of the equipment you're claiming in action in your return.

i asked the guy but that's all he told me. i don't know 100% if there's a work around but that sounds weird in my opinion because any plant food at all could be used to grow anything so that does sound very broad
