Crawl Space Grow?

I'm a newb here, and I've been pondering a small operation in my house's crawl space. However, while looking around here, there doesn't seem to be many grow ops in crawl space. Is it just a bad idea. I have plenty of room. The only limiting dimension is height which is about 4 feet. Can this work? Any insight is appreciated.

Only problem i would look for is a damp musty enivironment that could lend itself to pathogens that may attack my grow. With the absence of that any area you can access and come close to providing a good environment will do.. Good Luck with your grow.

Seal it all up and do a scrog in DWC. get a shallow tubaware unit, like the kind they keep wrapping paper in, and keep your screen low, and clones small. Best DWC SCroG grow I have ever seen on this site was in a crawl space with a 3 1/2 foot clearance.
