20 days and I made I big mistake I always do,I had the lights 18/6 from 5 in the morning till 11 pm
I just remembered that we have of pick times for electric. Cheaper from 11pm till 7 am

He's telling you not to over water as the soil/coco looks VERY dark. Not at all insinuating, but if you are newer to growing they tend to unknowingly over water. And he's congratulating you on saving the monies XD
