Curing Bud Outdoors...HELP

Last year I was able to cure inside, but this year I am forced to dry and cure outside. I'm in Norcal and the weather is starting to get cold and moist. I am purchasing a 20ft x 20ft canopy that can be closed on all sides. Any advice or things that I should watch out for. I'm nervous because I have no control over the temp. or moisture levels. The only thing I can stop is the rain from getting everything soaked. Thanks
