curing in plastic tubs

Nope! Air tight is the key. Glass is ideal for long term storage but people cure is everything from buckets to bags, as long as they keep your target humidity.

tupperware would work then just to get them to the right stage to go into individual jars ? it would make it a lot easier to burp several containers as opposed to like 40 jars thanks i just wondered if the plastic was a no no
