Curled Dry leaves.. Help!

My plant is in about 3 weeks of age the leaves have just recently been folding in and I noticed on one of the leaves that at the very tip it had a light grey spot and the leaves seem to be kinda dry. I am using foxfarm ocean forest soil and a led grow light what might be the cause of this. Sorry do not have any pictures at this time.

Pics? Be careful with LEDs. I use an LED and using the "hand test" to see if you're too close to your plants doesn't work. Ask your manufacturer how far away the light should be from all seedlings.

I had mine less than a foot away from the plant, and it burned the bejesus out of them despite it not feeling hot, and the manufacturer had me move it to 2 feet away and everything kind of resolved itself with that particular issue. But every light is different, so definitely ask.
