Curling Yellow Dying Plant HELP!!!!!!

Ok i have 2 plants under aprox 400 watt tube/cfl i use h&g nutes and water aprox once every week for some odd reason one is doing great and the other one is pretty much dead i think

These are picks of the other one i have no idea on strain and both are clones off of same mother some bagseed the only diference is the one thats doin great is in miracles grow the other thats dyingis in some regy topsoil from lowes the one dying is aprox 3 weeks flower and the other is at 30 days flower the mother i let go untill week 11 she still wasnt done when i choped her

As for your problems, you likely already stated them. Shitty soil, insufficient watering system and over feeding.

You want to alternate watering and feeding every other time. You also need to check your PH and temperature.

i did flush about a week ago but i dont have any thing to check the ph ill run to the shop tomarrow and pick one up

well i got some ph strips tap water is between 6 and 7 i have needed to nute it yes so ill test it when i ad nutes
