currently in 4th week of 12/12 got a question

so im wondering about molasses, will the kind i bought work? also its organic. and i attached a photo of a bud. this is my first grow i kinda nute burned the plant i think as im sure my 10 x 23w CFLS didnt burn it from heat. alwys 2-3 inches away. also what is best method to make a molasses "tea" ? warm water to helo break down the think molasses? here are some pics

Warm water will help it dissolve, but with a good stir, it should dissolve just fine in cold water.

While molasses does have a slight mineral content, it's mainly just a carbohydrate source so given the fact that it's your first grow, I'd recommend that you keep things as simple as possible. The simpler you keep things at right now, the better you'll be able to isolate what 'works' and what doesn't and that's how you become a better grower.

ok i understand i just been using a bloom booster made by dynagrow i tihnk it is. no dead leaves "yet" only thing thats got me puzzled is the above pic of one of the buds. i cant figure out weatehr its severe nute burn or burnt from my cfls which have always been 3-4 inches away other than that i think im doing good haha! thanks for the reply homebrewer

Molasses is a pest attractant dont use it indoors use a formulated carbs n sugars food from a hydro supply if you insist but i wouldnt bother
