Cut off bottom leafs ?

So one of my plants has taken damage. A while back many bugs had ate at it and a lot of the leafs seem to be crumbling up and are yellow. However this is only to the bottom half of the leafs. If i cut off all of the damaged leafs would that effect the plant at all because the top half's leafs are golden. thanks.

If the leaves are over 50% damage, cut them and if its over 30% of the plant stop and wait. Than come back after a week and take the rest.. Maybe add some frets if your plants are golden.. They should be a nice solid green unless your in flower..

alright that was a lot of help thanks. and i would say most of them are over 50% ...so by just having a few nodes will it still be healthy

Plants will survive major trimming so I would cut them off so your plant can focus all its energy on the main parts of the plant.
