hi i have just received new cuttings and potted them about three days ago. I have fed them correctly and now when i check the plants the stems are red and the leaves are turning yellow with brown spots on them. Also on the leaves itself there is a clear trail on the leaves like a snail has been slithering on them. What does this mean?

I see some phosphorus and some CaMg deficiencies. Looks like you're growing in coco so just run a nice healthy dose of ph'd water until you get some good runoff -- more so than you normally wood since you have a deficient plant -- you basically want to replace all of whatever's in your pot. If you have a tds meter, 5-700 ppms should do the trick for that little lady -- I would opt for somewhere in between. You'll see beautiful, bright green new growth in 1-3 days. That pot looks pretty big too, but it may just be the picture.

thanks i use a bluelab ph pen an i am using canna coco a&b. i have been giving them about 5 ml of each i havnt got a tds/ppm metre normally id start low and build up how much nutrients i use an they would be fine, i ph around 6.0. do you think i should get some botanicare cal mag?
