14 grams Syrian Rue seed, 25g Acacia Confusa root bark. Simmer them separately for 3 washes of 45 minutes each and then boil them each down into two shots. Take the Rue first, then in 30-45 minutes, take the Acacia. Strain both mixtures thoroughly with cheese cloth.
The rue contains Harmaline, an MAOI. The Acacia contains Dimethyltryptamine/DMT. These two things make Ayahuasca, which I make ceremonial on a regular basis.

No it can't. It's what you call a reversible MAOI. I do this all the time. It won't kill you as long as you don't have other drugs or pharmaceuticals in your system for 1-2 weeks before the session.
Not to be disrespectful, but if you are going to reply, don't make stuff up. I replied to you to help you know what you wanted to. I wouldn't set you up for failure. That recipe makes two doses.

This MAOI cannot and will not. It is referred to as a reversible MAOI. Ayahuasca is made from Harmaline and DMT. Period. This isn't a pharmaceutical irreversible MAOI. If you don't mix it with the MAOI--which is how it's made to begin with, by the Amazon tribes and everyone else--your stomach will immediately destroy the DMT and it won't work.
In the traditional admixture from the Amazon, the Banisteriopsis caapi vine contains the MAOI and the Psychotria viridis leaf contains the DMT.
You have further proven you don't know what you are talking about.

I have heard of people taking MAOIs with synthetic chemicals such as MDMA and methamphetamine and going to the hospital and having almost fatal experiences due to increased blood pressure, heart rate, sweating profusely, breathing heavily...etc Basically all over dose symptoms.
MAOIs are no joke but if You take it with dmt.... One should be 100% fine as long as the user is not taking an anti depressants or any other drug that can be affected by the Maois.

MDMA is an amphetamine. If you take MAOIs with amphetamines or opiates, it is the narcotic--NOT THE MAOI--that will kill you.
This is not like a pharmaceutical synthetic MAOI, it is a natural reversible MAOI.
The MAOI blocks monoamine oxidase, which breaks shit down. If you ingest something after the fact, your stomach will absorb toxic levels of whatever you put into your system that MAO breaks down that has an LD50. DMT is not toxic, so doing Ayahuasca won't kill you.
This has been used for thousands of years without a body count. Don't do drugs (you can smoke weed) for 2 weeks before you drink it. But you are confused, highly.
For the last fucking time, Harmaline is a necessary part of Ayahuasca. It won't work without it. Making Ayahuasca is the easiest way to do this. The only other way is to extract and make freebase DMT which is illegal and more difficult. Ayahuasca is legal.

It isn't the MAOI that's fatal, it's any substance that has an increased absorption as a result of being combined with an MAOI. They can't be fatal. The other substance is the fatal part. Are you mentally handicapped? rMAOIs are a staple part of Ayahuasca.
This specific MAOI doesn't even require you follow that diet. I keep telling you, it isn't the same as a nonreversible pharmaceutical MAOI. They usually last 2 weeks minimum. Harmaline stops being effective after 3 days max. Harmaline is a natural rMAOI and is critical to oral absorption of DMT.
