take a piss around your plot or grap your girlfreinds hair brush and tair all the hair out and spread it around your plot, or chicken wire will work unless somebody see's it.

You can make a pepper spray of your own that will repel mammals and some insects. Littlebat (don't capitalize it) made her own and she said it worked great for the squirrels that had attacked her plants.

I usually wear an old sock around for a couple days, let it get good and stinky. Cut it into thin strips and tie them near your plants. Deer hate human smell and will stay far away. I think deer are probably the culprate's. Fellow michigander here, good luck with the grow!

I dont know exactly where in Mich you live but where im at its like a 3 ring circus, animals all over the damm place, squirrells leaping from tree to tree, rabbitts running their furry asses all over the place, hawks flying overhead trying to get the rabbits, dear stomping around like cattle, chipmunks up the ass,lil brown varmints digging massive holes under the grow :cuss:

This year i tried some stuff called DEER OFF ,i got it at home depot for like $10 a bottle,i bought a shitload of it,all my stuff is intact so it is working so far, keep that chicken wire up though, only thing is that a deer will wipe his ass with the chicken wire if he wants that plant.

another michigander here ... i use chicken wire , a garlic -onion mix to pour all around my spots ... cyanne pepper mix --1/2 water & 1/2 cyanne pepper powder ,, spray that on ur leafs ... & 50 - 100 LB monofilament fishing string ( $2 @ walmart) tie the string around ur spot at heights of 2 foot from ground , 4 foot from ground all the way to as hish as u can reach ... make sure u surround ur whole spot & make sure its far enough away from ur plants , so when they get big & have monster buds , the deer cant stick their heads in & eat ur budz ... has always worked for me & there are more deer here than people
