Dark stuff on stem?

My plant is almost a month old and its starting to shed some sort of dark colored stuff off its stem. Its was a more purple color at first but it seems that it turned black and is starting to shed. Any ideas on what this is? There is also hard white spots on the stem now, is this normal?
Dont mind that droopy leaf. It is one of the first set of leaves, and the other already died. Idk wtf is going on lol.

I also believe i have some sort of fungus growing and im trying to kill it, do you guys think this is the problem? If so, whats the best way to kill it?

Does anybody know what it might be?

No i done some research and it seems to me like its more of a fungul disease. Pythium to be specific. Looks like im gonna have to get some fungucide tomorrow.

Little white spots on the lower part of your stem, sounds like your plant is root bound, those little white spots are roots trying to come out the stem, they die off in the dry air and light, so they never fully develop and leave little round white spots. You can repot into bigger containers, or use the same container and pull out the plant root ball and all, using a long serrated knife( like a bread or cake knife) and cut off parts of the old root ball ( in round containers I like square it off until the rootball looks like a cube) and I'd say cut off about 40% no more than 50%, the plant will be fine ( i know it sounds scary, dont worry) just dont cut the main tap root directly under main stem, which is why I cut the sides off instead. Repot and add fresh soil and your plant can re root!

Hey man! don't worry about your plant, she is perfectly fine and she doesn't have any fungus or anything wrong. That black skin is completely normal and also the white spots, nothing to worry about
