day 11. when to transplant?

so two of my plants are on day 11 shown in pics. i currently have them in pop cans cut in half with tape around the outside so the cans wont heat up. when should I transplant into the 6" round pots I picked up from wallmart? oh and the pots are 5 inches tall

400w hps at about 23" from the tops

oops double post sry. umm the heat is usualy at 23*C in the day but yea at night when i have to leave the closet door closed it might get up to 30. how did u geuss?

i have heard a lot about heat problems and i have anew 600 watt light on its way here and i am wondering what i am gonna do about the heat

Ya transplant those babies thier roots are for sure already on the bottom.
