She looks nice and green, and quite healthy. You've also done a good job of topping her, and she's branching out nicely. However, I have to agree with the posts above me. She is stretching a little too much because the lights are not close enough to her. You can put CFLs almost right on top of your plant and it will be fine. The leaves will not even burn until they have been touching the bulb for a while; it's not an instantaneous burn, and it's never severe. Lower your lights to within 6" of the top of the plant, and put your hand underneath the bulbs. If it is tolerable to your hand, and it is not too warm, then it is tolerable to the plants!
