Daylight/ Soft white?

Is it so that you should only use daylight during veg.?And soft white during flowering?

Its the better for the plant but you can switch it 50/50

When i grew CFL's I used a mix of all , Daylights, Soft Whites and Cool whites

yes, daylight for veg , and soft/yellow 2700 for flowering
