Im about to kick off my second grow and its been a while, about 5 years. Seeds have been inside its packaging and in my drawer for this time so not ideal. They are from Royal Queen and Barney Farm, not the best not the worst.
Ive started up two seeds by now, paper towel on first, water method on second. Both of the seeds have popped the shell open and there is a tiny, tiny tail poking out but when looking 24hr later they basicly look the same.
Would you also considered them dead or should I put them in jiffys, give them smallest possible nutrition and give it a few days?
All of the seeds are still hard and sink in water, but Ive only used ”new” seeds before this that pops in 24hr. Now its been 4 days and its tail is bearly visible.
