true. but the argument for it is that ppl wont go to jail anymore. now they cant use that argument, because its just an infraction now(well, as of jan 1)

Funny may just end up a fine but will likely show as a mistomenor most non traffic violations meaning fines actually show as such trust me I found out the hard way though this could be an exeption to the rule so to speak
