deficiency or burn

as topic says not sure what it is im thinking burn or a phosphorous or potassium deficiency because i have been using plagron alga grow a heavy nitro liquid fert the light is also a 250 wat double spectrum bout a meeter from plant has been in for a number of weeks and is tiny so maybe growth has been stunted as its about 6 inch tall soz for quality of photos had usea a phone please help ill try provide any info u need but yeah brown tips and is curling down i have been watering 3 times a day using a spray as not to over water

The has nutrient burn as a result of nitrogen over-feeding. You should never supplement that much nitrogen to a plant this young. Flush her asap with clean water, and don't give her any more nutrients for at least 10 days.
