Defoliation is kinda a double edge sword. It can help and it can hinder. In tight spaces I tend to do it a bit more. After 3rd week of flower I don't really touch it much other than a leaf or two here and there. I try to have it where I want by week 3. One defol before flip just a few big shading leaves then week three I'll take off alot of the larger fans and leave the smaller ones. They'll grow back into med size leaves in a few days. If I have the room, I'll lean on less defol. More for airflow than anything. Anytime you remove the bulk of the leaf you're going to stress the plant a bit and it'll put energy toward recovering rather than flowering. That being said more light and airflow will help the buds at the bottom become a bit more worthwhile imo.

I agree with @Rurumo , only pull big fan leaves that are blocking sites or are bunched up into neighboring branches, even a few of those along the outer perimeter that are just getting pressed against the walls. Nothing crazy.

Thanks , will leave it as it is and do nothing drastic.

it is first time ( my 5th grow) that tent got so nicely filled so i dont have expirience.
Thanks for the help
