deformed leaves

whats up people i got some seedling that have there first leaves coming out but they are wierd and deformed. is this okay?

Like bulla said your probably ok ,but if the twisting continues much longer look into your pH. A pH imbalance will lead to twisting of new growth, which actually, is the least of your worries at that point. Nute lockouts will likely follow.

im growing in coco fiber maybe i should transplant them do you think that would help

you gotta take pics man. what pH do you give them? coco is a very forgiving medium, once you actually fix your problem you'll see them bounce back in no time. tell us what you do and we'll tell you what's wrong, but don't be so laconic, can't help you this way
