Deformed plant (with pics)

Hi all
I`am 3 and a half weeks into my grow and my plant is looking weird.
The roots were slow to grow and now it seems to have stopped growing at the 3rd set of leaves.
Its tangerine dream growing under a 70w HPS in a bubble bucket.
Any advice would be appreciated.

i got no idea what could cause that but i have to say its sad seeing everyone having issues with TD. My only guess would be genetic mutation I got some TD seeds in the other day a was very excited about it till i started looking at other ppls grows and how much trouble they seem to be.

keep it going for a while it could have two super rad main colas.
