It's very common, they usually outgrow it, I wouldn't lose any sleep over it. .

Just out of curiosity, have you fertilized lately? Sometimes a blast of nutes to a seedling will cause a set or two of deformed leaves.

It's just uneven growth. I think sometimes things like this happen because they came out of their shell weird. Half-baked. They almost always out-grow stuff like this
