Some people i have talked to say if they orally ingest it (edibles, capsules) on a empty stomach they wont actually feel anything till after they eat hours later. Ive been having issues myself of even feeling edibles, its disappointing. Went to a farmers market this weekend and grabbed two brownies and the girl was like whoa your gonna wanna start with only half. I ate a full one after leaving and it did not have an effect even after about 2 hours of waiting so i just lit up a j instead lol.

? edibles take atleast a hour to get through the stomach on a normal stomach

but sounds like the cannabis used wasnt decarbed properly

i make brownies so i cant feel the skin on my face :D

Those brownies were vouched for by several other patients so i really did not feel that there was a error in the process decarbing or other. Their butter also tested for a higher thc content then the local compassion club. Ive accepted several challenges from despenseries, homemade and compassion club edibles and never found anything that would do what it promised and i have to go to smoking. I just think its not for me, i know other people do get relief from them but im always keeping my eyes open for a new one to try.

the enzymes responsible for digesting it are probably poor in number or strength

try eating it with a soy lecithin mix it will emulsify it making it easier to digest quicker

or they sell digestive enzyme pills their like papaya extract or something

You know what I think your on to something here. I rarely drink( maybe 2 or 3 drinks in a month I've had a bad stomach since I was young so I'm in paIn before I can even get tipsy) but I was tailgating about a month back and consumed a 12 pack in a course of 8 hours. Went home to take a nap and woke up to my legs having a extreme burning feeling to the point I could not walk. I looked into it on the internet and from what I observed several people who have those conditions saying it was to do with the liver not processing the alcohol in the correct matter and couldn't produce electrolytes for the muscles in my legs being very painful. I will for sure be looking into what you suggested sounds like it could be my issue. Honestly wasn't expecting a response like that but it is much appreciated.
