Dew Drop bug egg hanging off leaves

So ive been spraying(lightly since theyre flowering) with pyrethrum with fatty acids from potassium and a dash of horticultural mineral oil to control the mites outside, and as i went out today to do my daily leaf picking i see a HUGE grasshopper that i caught that is now in custody and being interrogated for his future plans. Along with this, i've found a few caterpillar eggs(leaf rollers I think, they curl up in a leaf and leave a webbing around their body), so i'm going to have to add DT to kill them or that bacillus stuff that causes a plauge among them. However, while panicking and examining EVERy leaf now, i found these odd looking eggs....i cant figure out what they are, theyre not aphids, grasshoppers, lotus, caterpillars, spider mite, or thrip eggs....beyon that i'm kinda at a loss. any help identifying these guys to stop them would be appreciated :)

I used my master photoshop skillzzz to illustrate what they look like when not on a crummy phone camera(sarcasm implied to the skill, not the phone)wtfisit.jpg
