Diagnosis help please. Very small and turning yellow.

Sorry guys I as trrying to post on my phone bad idea so now to be a lot easier. I germinated this little plant at the same times as all the others (19 days ago) she sprouted like all the others and then just stopped growing. Now she is growing new very small leaves but they are folding and turning yellow/brown. I haev cleaned out my res. (really well) I have rinsed teh cubes through with ph 6 water. I have tried closer to the light and also tried to not feed it (in case of over watering) I really want this little one to survive attached are two photos in photo one the plant im talking about is top left. (you can really see how much smaller it is than its sisters. Picture 2 is a close up of the little guy. Really sorry for my first post not classy i apoligize. Hope I didnt scare of any help.
Since these pics i have removed all algae and plastic. I have also sumberged the rockwool some to prevent light getting to it.

Sorry man. Thank for the humor though nice to laugh at ones self from time to time. Thanks for coming thru in th first place. I updated and edited my threat.
