ok I had a homemade grow box 2x4x5 and my five plants needed more room .I used cfls in this box because the 600 watt hp got to hot it was well insulated. I bought a grow tent 4x4x7 put the plants in it with the cfls after a week or so the temp was staying down so Iput the mh light inthe tent ,well after 12 weeks of veg I went to put a hps bulb in to start flouring at 12/12 and find out I had the hps bulb allready in (my mistake) its been about two weeks now at 12/12 and I dont see anything that looks like a bud ,did I fuck it up

That was a lot of back story...

Let me summarize for others that may try to read.

This grower has been on 12/12 for the last 2 weeks and hasn't seen any sign of flowering. Doesn't know why, because he's in a grow tent and the plants were mature enough to flower.

Odds are good that you have a light leak into the tent. Not much else to prevent the growth of flowers. Maybe go with a 11:45/12:15 schedule to enforce the dark period being longer than the light period.

Two weeks into 12/12 you should most definitely have signs of sex regardless of strain genetics. I doubt they are ruined, just get your light leaks solved and stay the course.
