Yup, Snoop Dogg got arrested for marijuana possession. And you know whats funny, well not funny but still...it was at the same place Willie Nelson was busted for it. Its sad people are still getting arrested for marijuana possession. You figure these days it would be insane to arrest someone for a simple marijuana possession. He even had his script with him. Did the police give a shit? Nope, not one bit. That's why we need it legalized. Patients shouldn't be getting arrested for having there medication with them. Law needs to change.

Anyways, just something I thought was interesting. Recently wrote about it and got a lot of feedback for the story so I figured I would share it here.

I wonder why they bother. Honestly. All the fuss and cost of it over a little plant when there are drugs out there that seriously destroy lives. And everybody knows Snoop Dogg smokes weed; would it have made any difference to hos captors had he smoked at home and not had any on him then gone home and smoked some more? Arresting people doesn't stop people smoking weed... 80% of rappers (or thereabouts) smoke wed also. Maybe they should just go and lock all of them and all art students to save time.

I was waiting to see if someone else would post the story before me (to avoid surplus threads) but seeing as this is a new one:

Dude that's awesome. Wish I could have used it for my blog when I wrote that other story! That would of been great. Maybe I can still use it for another one. Just say Speaking of Snoop Dogg here he is in a video with a world record vegetable grower, and post a story about it with the video. Ummm I got so much I need to post already so I don't think I could do it now anyways. Maybe at another time.

Yeah I know Canada is awesome. Wish the US was more tolerant. However I have heard of news where people in Canada were getting arrested for it. So there is still the chance of getting arrested but your right Canada is much more relaxed when it comes to cannabis.

those checkpoints are bullshit. i love it when they ask me my country of origin. i reply with questions of my own, such as "well, do i look mexican?" and my fav, which leaves them speechless everytime- "dont you guys think you could patrol the border better if you were actually at the border?"

Snoop has a big entourage, and handlers that take care of this stuff, he shouldn't have this on him or in his bus or car for any reason, especially in texas. He's black, and a well know drug user.....he never stood a chance.


And the checkpoints.....more power to them. Do you realize that the majority of the meth, heroin, and coke that becomes crack goes staight through texas? They have to do this, just like Georgia has to to stem the flow out of Florida.

Use ones head and stay out of touble....did he forget the State he's in? It's about as smart as asking around in just about any Asian country to drugs. DUMB!

So far as he's gotten is more street credit and news coverage, but he'll be in some trouble for this one....Texas cops don't give a shit who you are.

It was actually the person in charge of planning the route. He obviously didn't do his research because he led them to the same border another celeb got busted at. Thats why I said read my blog post about it.
I understand the border needs to be tough because of coke and heroin but they shouldn't fuck with you for bud. I did have a prescription bottle with him and the joins were in it. The dude planning the tour route should be fired. I bet he will be.

And nah man snoop didn't get shit for it. The judge just cited him for the paraphernalia and let him go on his merry way.

Ya man you get busted in China I think it is for weed your fucked. They take that shit VERY seriously. Thats why I would never want to live there no matter how cheap it would be.

What did you do before you had a medical card in michigan? Is that when you started smoking? or have you smoked illegal weed before and just didn't get caught and now your up on your high horse since your "legal"

It's a misdemeanor marijuana possession charge, even in texas thats not a big deal.

Im sure everybody is familar with Montel Williams? Has his own talk show. Well anyways he was arrested for poccession of drug paraphernalia. He was caught at an airport with a marijuana pipe, and arrested. I seen some footage of him on television, and he almost looked like a different man from the man on his tv show. He was saying he absolutely needs to smoke marijuana every morning and how it was medication, I don't know the entire story, it happened probably at least a year ago now.

Montel williams has multiple sclerosis. He is a big medical marijuana advocate. I saw him on Dr oz talking about it.

That was a crazy one, people were like yelling at him like he is a common criminal. It was very hard to watch it. He is clearly is serious pain. The audience was very ignorant about cannabis.

Montel Williams has a perfectly good excuse for using it for medicinal purposes. lol Even Obama has admitted to inhaling. The leader of the free world has admitted to smoking marijuana. That's pretty intense. :blsmoke:

So? Who fucking cares? I still don't understand why people think it's a problem we need to stop. You cannot stop meth, heroin, and coke users from using their drug. You absolutely cannot. It is futile to even try. Waste of tax payer money if you ask me.

I saw snoop at lalapalooza and he asked the audience from some weed. About 10 bags come flying up on stage and he grabs one and has his DJ twist a blunt then he fired it up in front of about 20 cops doing security by the stage. You could see the steam coming from the cops ears they were so pissed. Needless to say Snoop got out of there in a hurry.
