Sure as hell doesn't look like it is getting better. When you water the plant don't just sprinkle some water on it..water gently until water comes out the drain holes. Then leave it alone until the pot gets light, letting you know you need to water again

It looks worse. To me it looks like a heat issue, but it really could be a lot of things, you didn't give much info OP.

when a plant gets stressed it takes about a week give or take to recover and start growing again. That plant looks very stressed. You need to pin point what the source of the stress is resolve the problem and give it time to come around.

Go back to the basics, temp , light/dark , ph, wtaer and nutes (which it doesn't need right now but will eventually)

If all these thing are working together the plant will recover slowly.
If you have more seeds, I would start from scratch and make sure you do it right, listen to the grower on here. Your new plant will out grow that thing in no time.

Just my two cents

I cant tell if that is indoor or outdoors, but back off with the light intensity. If it is outdoors it shouldnt be getting direct sun while its all sick and small.

Thats a terrible plant with shit genetics, retarded. Make sure you know the origins of the seed next time and it wont get much better, when someone is born a spastic do they get much better?
