Dies this look like calcium def or some type of fungi?

It has happend on two leaves so far. And currently is pretty humid in the room as I can see water droplets on some leaves.

I don't think it's either, it looks like maybe water or fertilizer drops got on the leaves, they have some weird indentations on both of the leaves near the discolorization. I wouldn't be too concerned unless more leaves start showing signs. Hopefully you've got an oscillating fan to keep the air moving.

Looks like leaf damage from early growth. Keep an eye on it.

i think you need calmag because you also have interveinal chlorosis
