Differents highs?

So as i read and browse among the posts i see how ppl have different highs.
Now, i do know about the different levels of high but what do you mean by "head" and "body" high, whats the difference?

In my opinion, You smoke something like a purple and it makes u a couch potato thats a body high, If you smoke Sour Deisel or OG Kush and u feel like u want rip your shirt off and run and jump off your balcony thats considered a head high. Hope this helps!

Head high or "cerebral" is more uppity, makes you want to go for a jog or just do something productive and have it be more fun Body high is like getting "stoned" or being a couch potato, just kinda makes your jaw hang open and you watch tv till your eyes close Im pretty sure they also vary for medicinal purposes, like an anxiety patient would be better off with white widow or haze, while a pain management patient would want kush or something more indica to calm the body down.
