direct sun all day

my buds are not filling out completely.plants are hid in light cover in 15 foot trees .would direct sun all day insteas of 6 or 7 hours the last 3 or 4 weeks make my others larger and fuller

The additional light could be beneficial, especially when they are hidden in shade. How many weeks do you have left? It might be too soon to judge bud growth if you have 4 more weeks, the most prominent changes occur towards the end.

got 1 that needs 2 weeks or more and 2 who need 4 or more weeks they do get sun just not constant sun-----

IMO they look great! You could try exposing them to longer light period (up to 12h) which will likely boost the production, but nevertheless if they have 2-4 weeks left I would say they are doing quite well. The last 2 weeks are critical in bud development so you might still see a lot of changes if you think they are under-producing.
