Disappearing taste?

Hey guys,
Was wondering why it seems like the great taste of good bud always seems to disappear after you smoke it 2-3 times?
Am I alone? I always got used to my own grown stuff but even when I buy some great shit it still seems to lose that great taste?

you get used to it after awhile. i had pizza for 5 weeks straight in college, dont ask...it was good, but fuck man change it up, smoking the same strain day after day is boring as hell..sometimes. i try and have 2 strains at all times, just for that reason...after awhile it all tastes the same.

bastard!! some of us live the dream.. some of us have to read about it... lol...

I am pretty sure I did a good year+ on KFC when I first moved to CA worked there for about a year when I was 18... taken 2 buckets home pretty much every night... to this day I dont think we have had KFC more then 6 times in the last 18 + years.
