I got it a year or so ago. Paid all fines, fees and completed all classes. Sitll i have the ignition interlock device.
It will go next month. At that time all requirments will be fulfilled except of course the 100 per for the next year
I`m on probation. I send in my reports and payments monthly. She has never arrived at my house
or u`ad me. I took uas in treatment but that has been over for a while.This was a first dui
misdeneaner. Do you think she will call me in to piss? I have the afirmative defence but do not want to
have to use it. Similial situations anyone? I have been on felony probation before and I know they test you constantly. I`m wanting to get back to my medicine but not wanting more problems. Maybe I should have just taken the pain pills. I know they are fine with a script, but then I get out of control.

burn one. Well at least a little piece of one, I`m baked. Problem solved.

Honestly I'd wait till you're off probation...

I had a buddy of mine get a DUI a few years back. He only got drug tested twice. The first time was to make sure he was clean then the next was a few days before his probation ended. If you haven't got tested by now...you may get a test soon. I don't know for sure, but it's not worth the risk.

I'd burn one now and then stop again till you're completely off.

i was on probation once and guy never tested me then he went on vacation and hardcore po took his case load for a week and bam piss tested everyone on other guys case load
and another thing to watch out for is they will test u then u think u good to smoke till next time and they show up at house 2 days later knowing we think like that and retest u

They did the same thing with me. My lawyer told me they will always test you. They save a lot of money by not testing you every month and it gets you to let down your guard and smoke, so they can nab you and fuck you for it.

AMEN, the man is tricky

Yeah, deep in my taint I know this is true so I have stopped smoking. I think I will try to have my probation
stopped early or have a hearing to modify for MMJ. If not I just have to stay in line and ride it out.
Its nice to see some people with sound logic where matters of being at home or being arrested just to get high.
