so i have a small round fog mister thing from this little fountain in my room. it sprays a small amount of water up and creates a layer of fog/mist. would this do the job moistening the roots? it does have small lights on it but i can remove them so it doesn't bother the roots. thanks 
i guess its called an ultrasonic fogger. pretty much just creates a misty layer over the water. has anyone done this b4???
