Maybe some HEPA filter material? Theoretically it should capture most of the pollen (10+ micron) but you'll never keep 100% from escaping the tent

Just use some furnace filter material. There are different ratings. Pollen is not hard to filter. Can be purchased at any big box or hardware store. They're not expensive.
